Merrill Heller is the Director of Commercial Real Estate for United Realty Group.  He has been a resident of the Fort Lauderdale area for most of the last 50 years.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Maryland and secured a Maryland Real Estate license in 1991 and his Florida Real Estate license in 2001. As a Florida agent, he Initially he worked for The Berkley Group, a national developer of resort properties, during its period of tremendous growth.  In 2007 Merrill moved to Jaco, Costa Rica and with his Architect/GC partner directed the sale of a 55-unit beachfront Condo building.

From 2013 forward Merrill focused his efforts as a real estate agent and business consultant to put together numerous restaurant and other large commercial projects. During this period Merrill created SFLA Property Investments, raising over $5 Million from investors to purchase $10 Million worth of multi-family real estate. He soon procured fifteen buildings on behalf of clients, investors, and himself, renovating, leasing, and stabilizing these properties, through his operational company, Rental Management LLC. This project is highly successful. Merrill is passionate about real estate and utilizes his experience and expertise to help build growth real estate portfolios for his clients.
