Mark Dreyer, Commercial Division, United Realty Group, is a South Florida native. He has seen the region grow into an international business center and understands the dynamics that drive the commercial real estate market. Leveraging his local market knowledge and expertise in sales and marketing, Dreyer brings Buyers and Sellers together and gets deals done. As a leading member of the commercial brokerage community in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Dreyer relies on an extensive network of industry professionals to find attractive investment & leasing opportunities, as well as market client listings to qualified investors and end-users. He is the current treasurer of the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA) of the Palm Beaches and Broward. He also served as the 2017 President of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Broward District. An active member of Deerfield Beach community, Dreyer founded the Deerfield Beach Island Association (DBICA) and currently serves as President. Dreyer also is a Board member of the Deerfield Beach Chamber of Commerce and is a member of its economic task force. In 2011, Dreyer was retained produced the 2011 CRA Master Real Estate Plan which identifies privately owned properties that could be purchased and redeveloped for Community use. Prior to turning his attention to commercial real estate full time, Dreyer was a successful sales executive with Xerox Corporation selling data imaging solutions. Recognizing the opportunities brought on by digital imaging and the emergence of the internet, Dreyer left Xerox to establish his own company, Imaging Solutions, Inc. which he later sold to global giant, Ikon Office Solutions. Dreyer was then recruited by IBM where he served as a World Wide Channel Strategy Manager and later World Wide Business Development Director. During this time as well, Mr. Dreyer was managing partner of two real estate ventures LLC. He and his partners developed and sold The Preserves at Victoria Park a 26-unit townhouse complex and Key West at Victoria Park a 4-unit development. A graduate of Florida International University, Mark earned a BS in Business Administration with a major in management and a minor in marketing. Mark and his wife, Dolly, have 3 grown children and living by the Florida beach when not at their home in the Mountains of North Carolina.
